The elastic material
Produced by FOV, Sweden, Borås.

The elastic material that you find on our work trousers over the bottom, knees and in the knee protection bags is manufactured by FOV. They have their production in the Swedish textile capital Borås. FOV has the resources to weave, dye and coat the fabrics and also do quality controls. The fabric they produce for us consists of 96% polyamide and 4% elastane. It is the elastane in combination with the special bindning in the weave that gives the fabric its elastic properties. The fabric is woven, dyed, prepared and checked by FOV. FOV has focused on textiles that are used industrially and are therefore very good at producing durable and functional materials. Their competence together with the fact that they work under Swedish legislation concerning e.g. environmental impact and social responsibility as employers, are some of the reasons why we have chosen to work with them.
