These terms and conditions are established so that you as a customer know what to expect from us, and what we expect from you. 

01. About Operose AB
The company is based in Mariefred, Sweden. Company postal address is Herresta Trädgårdsvillan, 64791 Mariefred. Address of visitors is Gula industrihuset, Brogatan 21, 645 61 Stallarholmen, Sweden. E-mail: [email protected]. Send us an e-mail with any queries and we’ll get back to you promptly.


02. Ordering
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. The confirmation includes all necessary information about products, price, billing, and delivery address.
Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you find anything wrong in the order. 

03. Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-5 days. Note! Orders placed on weekends are sent at the earliest on the following Monday. In the event of delivery delays (without us notifying you of any changed delivery time), please contact us at [email protected].

04. Prices
All prices in the store are quoted in SEK and include 25% of VAT, unless you have chosen that the prices should be quoted excluding VAT. 
We reserve the right for changes in price caused by price changes from the supplier, misprint in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

05. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you have as a customer a statutory 14-day right of changing your mind. This applies from the day you have received an item that you have ordered.

    05.1 How to change your mind
You 
must let us know you’ve changed your mind by sending us an email at [email protected]. Include your name, address, e-mail address, order number and name of the item you wish to return.
You should return the items to us immediately or at the latest within 14 days after sending us the change of mind e-mail.
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping, and also responsible for making sure the products are returned un-used, well-packaged and in original packaging.
In case the returned product is damaged or used we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the decrease in value to the original value of the product.

    05.2 Right of withdrawal does not apply for:
Custom-made products, which has been tailored specifically for you or has had personal adjustments made just for you.
Services that have been completed, where you have agreed to start the service without the right of withdrawal.

06. Complaints

We inspect all products before sending them to you. If we sent you a faulty product we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, repair the product free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a faulty product.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been detected.

    06.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
In case of a faulty item, always inform us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Please state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of what is wrong with the product.
In case we are unable to sort the problem, we will refund you for the faulty product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are also liable for return shipping at approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it is found that the product is not faulty in accordance with consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, we follow guidelines from Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, see arn.se.


07. Limitation of Liability

We accept no liability for indirect damages that may be caused by the product.
We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances outside the company's control (Force Majeure). Circumstances may include labour disputes, fire, war, Government regulations reduced or cancelled delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for any changes in products/product characteristics supplier and other factors beyond our control.

08. Product Information
We disclaim responsibility for any typographical errors that might occur on this website and for products being sold out. We cannot guarantee that the photos reflect the exact appearance of the products as there might be subtle color differences depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. However, we always do our absolute best to expose the products as accurately as possible.

09. Information about Cookies
Under the Electronic Communications Act, all visitors to a website with cookies must have access to information stating that the website contains cookies and the purpose for which cookies are used.
The information in the cookie is used to follow a user's web surfing. Cookies are small text files that contains information about your visit to a website. The website requests to save this text file on your computer go give access to various functions. If you wish, you can set your browser to automatically refuse cookies. 10. Personal data

By trading at Operose AB, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We care about your privacy and never collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your information to third parties without legal ground.
Operose AB is liable for the processing of the personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to handle your order and in cases where you’ve accepted our newsletter or promotional offers - to customize the marketing to your individual needs.

Below you’ll find a summary of information of how we store and process your data.

    10.1 What is personal data?
Personal data includes any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a physical person.

    10.2 Which data do we store?
In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first name and surname, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history. We store your data for as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation under, e.g. Accounting Act.

    10.3 Lawful basis
Through a purchase, your personal data is processed in order to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, promotions, and similar correspondence are done with your consent.

    10.4 Which data is shared and for what purpose?
          10.4.1 Payment provider
When purchases are carried out, information is shared with our payment provider. Your first name, surname, address, e-mail address and telephone number are stored. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal number will also be stored by the payment service provider. The information is stored in order to carry out the purchase and to protect both parties against fraud.
We use Klarna as payment service provider.

          10.4.2 Shipping company
To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share certain information (first name, surname, address, and details of the delivery) with the shipping company.
E-mail address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notifications of delivery.
We cooperate with DHL and Postnord for shipping.

          10.4.3 Newsletter
If you have agreed to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, surname and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you up to date with information and marketing offers. We use Get a Newsletter to send newsletters.

    10.5 Right of access
You have the right to get prints of all information we store about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format

   10.6 Right of rectification
You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or complete if it’s incomplete.

    10.7 The right to erasure
You can ask for the data relating to you be deleted at any time. There are a few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as legal obligations e.g. according to the Accounting Act.

    10.8 Data Protection Officer
Operose AB is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data at the web shop and responsible for compliance with the rules.

10.9 How we protect your personal data
We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords safely. We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik, which is operated by Quickbutik AB based in Helsingborg.

11. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted through orders or visits to the website.

12. Controversy and choice of law
In case a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement between the company's customer service and the customer, the customer can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints, Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN, see arn.se. For non-Swedish EU-residents European Commission's dispute mediation platform can be used to file a complaint, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr In the event of a dispute, we accept decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.

Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these General Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with Swedish law.
