How do I return an item?

The easiest way to return an item is by purchasing a return order here on the website. After you have completed your purchase, it will be sent to you shortly by email. You can then either print it yourself or you take the shipping no. to DHL and they will help you.

You also need to fill in the form that comes with the return order. You are responsible for paying for the cost of the return bill, however when changing model or size we will pay for the shipping of the changed product.
